Natalie R. Legrand

Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Natalie is a global leadership coach, motivational speaker, and cultural activist.  Internationally recognized as a social innovator, she has partnered with multiple Fortune 500 companies to develop and implement strategic solutions for engaging underserved communities across the globe.

 

With over 15 years of experience in international development, project management, and finance, Natalie excels at building teams and uniting stakeholders across multiple sectors to tackle some of the world’s most complex social and organizational challenges.

Daniel is an intercultural development advisor, qualitative researcher, and writer known for facilitating cross-cultural understanding and effective learning experiences. At Galanthus International, he leads design of culturally attuned and human-centered approaches to organizational leadership.

With over a decade of experience in intercultural communication, primary research, instructional design, and mentorship, Daniel collaborates with multinational organizations to improve workplace well-being and human sustainability.
